13:02 UTC+01  -  My first publisher was Charles River Media, which was sold to Thompson, then sold into Cengage. So, when a letter from Cengage arrived it took a while for the penny to drop. It also turns out that, despite $2BN revenue in 2010, Cengage filed for Chapter 11 in July this year. Ah... so _that's_ why a publisher that hasn't spoken to me in 6 years is writing...
