Pachinko is a old game, often played with marbles and a large pin board. The ball is dropped in at the top, and bounces randomly down the slalom of a board, to reach a position at the bottom. Each position scores a different number of points. The LEGO challenge was to find suitable bricks that would work well, and not bounce out the play area the whole time.
