It is a rare day, indeed, when I decide to remix another artists work. But this was one of those days.

I've always loved the song 'White Rabbit' by Jefferson Airplane and, although I'd never considered remixing it in any form, when I heard the A cappella version I just knew I'd have to work it into something.

So, with a love of synthesizers and 1980's science fiction TV shows, I decided on the thematic style and began working. It took over a day to get the tempo map correct, another day to play and program the basic parts, and a month or so sourcing sound effects and noises to embellish the recording. I might also create a version 1.1 when I have time to do some vocal effects. But for now, I think it's a decent display for a few days work!

Perhaps Grace and I could form a band and call it "Jefferson TIme machine"!

Have a listen...
